Because of the healthy amounts of the vitamin E, nuts are considered as food for the brain as they prevent cognitive decline that usually comes with age. Peanuts are especially recommended for consumption because they are rich in the complex of vitamins B.

According to a study from UCLA, two handfuls of walnuts a day can improve the sperm quality because of the vitality, mobility and morphology.
